Thirty seven  years ago, while in the locality of “Bain Town” a place where inhabitants said and still say today that nothing good will come out of, God salted away a young man and summoned him for such a time as this. Shortly after his salvation, Rev. Dr. Culmer joined the Shaw Temple A.M.E. Zion Church in which he held numerous positions.​

 

After ordained to establish a ministry by the Late Arthur “Preacher” Rolle, and being with the A.M.E. Zion organization for quite some time, in constant Prayer to God; and with intense desire for advanced Knowledge in Theology, He pursued his goal in advanced Theological Studies and was Triumphant; and because of his Profoundness in the Word, The Designate “Walking Bible” was bestowed upon him; He as many accomplishment and Accolades, and he considers them all as nothing, like Paul in [1 Corinthians 2:1]

 

“And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with Excellency of Speech or of Wisdom, declaring unto you the Testimony of God”.

 

It was on Monday August 16^th 1982, while in yet another prayer meeting that the visions he was seeing months and weeks before became much more vivid, and at that moment he knew that God was calling him to be a Pastor. After this spiritual encounter, He established the Foresight Baptist Church with wife Prophetess Rev. Iris M. Culmer and their four beautiful Children: Alisha, Charles, Antoine & Philip Culmer.

Rev. Dr. Culmer & Wife Prophetess Culmer believes enthusiastically in Marriage, and that it is Important to Refresh the “Love Relationship” between husbands and wives in a time when so many couples are separated; Pastor & Firstlady Culmer would often have Counseling, Conferences and Special Events to Enhance, Enrich & Restore Married Couples.

 

His Ministry is also active in a Hot Meal Program called “Hands of Hope” that provides food and clothing for the people of Nassau Village, The “Can Food & None Perishable Program” that gives food to the elderly and various old Folks Homes.  He can also be heard on radio every Sunday Morning on 107.9 FM. with “Insight in the Word” a program that is Inspiring, Encouraging & Improves the Spirit man. 

 

Rev. Dr. Charles Culmer is the Proud Pastor of Foresight Baptist Church Taylor Street & Nassau Village, Moderator of The Morning Star Baptist Association in beautiful Nassau Bahamas. He is Called, Anointed & Appointed by God for such a time as this. He is a Phenomenal Prophet of God “The Walking Bible” Rev. Dr. Charles Culmer.
